Shocking customer service and poor quality products
Shocking customer service, item was purchased just before Christmas for a January birthday, on putting this together every piece had damage or had cheaply done paintwork. I emailed the company to raise this and was told it was too late, it was a day passed the 30 days even when I pointed out this was faulty and damaged they would not do anything, no part refund or exchange offered. Very poor quality products and even poorer customer service.
