Why can't I submit ZERO stars?! It's what they deserve! I'm still waiting for a reply from countless emails that I've sent them regarding a damaged chair they sent me. I've asked for a refund but they won't even acknowledge me. I'm now going to my bank to see if I can have the funds reversed. AVOID DAAL'S AT ALL COSTS!
