I've had a dreadful time with this company..delivered a desk instead of the bracket for my hanging cocoon chair..complained politely..I am polite!..sent pics of the said desk..still no go!..then when they were satisfied I was kosher etc I told them when I was available and when not!..delivered when I wasn't home..changed to this week..got up 5.30. as delivery slot was 6 'til 9..no go .went out & today got an email saying they'd been in the afternoon...I've never ever had anything like this happen before..my blood is boiling!....
