Awful service. Awful product.
I ordered a desk for my son and it arrived late, it also arrive damaged. No offer of a refund only a replacement plinth. That arrived damaged so that goes to show the awful quality (and not cheap to buy!).
I finally got a response from customer service who still didn't offer a refund until I complained. Over a week later from saying they would collect it, I still don't have a date for collection and I am housing a huge box of a naff desk and down almost £100.
Avoid.
