Terrible company. Shipped wrongly aligned chair frames. Aren't willing to exchange them. They claim that the frame was damaged during assembly, therefore, voiding any warranty. This isn't true. Customer support doesn't really care about looking deeper into the problem and providing a solution (support Josh, didn't even ask for the order number or chair model). It could be easily fixed by shipping a new frame or backrest, but instead, they prefer to make the purchasing experience a nightmare. Very disappointing. Better avoid!
