1. The delivery guy was so rude and refused assisting my husband to bring the package up to our flat which is on the first floor
2. Poor quality, chipped edge, seems like the top of the table is missing a varnish coat, my kids would destroy it in a first go eating on it
3. No reply from customer service via email, not picking up the phone.
