I ordered and paid for the Frances Woven Rattan 1-Door Cabinet in Natural on 10th Jan. The item never arrived. It took multiple emails, phone calls and social media messages to eventually get a response - which was they couldn’t tell me what happened to the item but appeared to have been lost. These things happen so it’s understandable, but what is not understandable is how much effort is on the behalf of the customer to try and track someone down to speak to about this. Awful service which is in-line with the rest of the recent reviews I have read. This company remove any comments on Instagram where someone has had a negative experience and just leave any positive comments which is not transparent or reflective of a true experience of the majority with them. As of 2nd Feb I am still waiting for the refund, I’m not holding my breath! Do yourself a favour and spend a little more to buy from a reputable company who will properly address any issues or concerns you have.
