Awful to deal with. Cannot arrange collection of an existing sofa. Keep trying to deliver on the one day I can't take delivery ie Thursday. You can't get a firm date on when they will deliver. You get a text 24 hours before saying they will deliver the next day, and if you need to re-schedule, it goes back into a 7 day planning cycle. You can't speak to the planning team themselves. The Customer Service team are not helpful. I would not use this company again at all.
