If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely disgusting company take peoples money then don’t receive the item you’ve ordered! Was notified late Monday evening that it would arrive Tuesday (took the day off work & cancelled my clients all my clients as I’m a hairdresser) it never arrived and said on the tracking I’d missed delivery (I had been in all day and have cameras and a ring doorbell. Apparently the van had broken down near to where I live in Manchester so I said I was happy to take some ID & proof of address and collect my item to which they said I couldn’t as the van was not back in Coventry. I laughed and said how does a broken down van get from Manchester to Coventry in the space of 31 minutes (absolute nonsense)! I was then told it would be the first delivery Wednesday morning between 7am-10am. They confirmed this over the phone & via the chat service. Gets to Wednesday and still doesn’t arrive, rang the company again and was told I was told the incorrect information and that it would be arriving Thursday but they don’t know what time. After a lot of back and forth & explaining to them I’d been messed about for 2 days already and now they want me to cancel my clients for the 3rd day I told them to cancel the order and give me my money back. They said they couldn’t as the item was already on the van ready to be delivered Thursday but someone else had told me it was in the warehouse in Coventry. This went on for many phone calls & chat messages. I came to the realisation after reading the review that this is just a completely sham of a company! I asked my bank to do a charge back and rang the company and told them I’ve got my money back cancel the order as I do not want it. She told me she’d cancel it but never sent confirmation! Later on I rang AGAIN to make sure it had been cancelled and told her to send me email confirmation whilst she was on the phone. Apparently the money takes up to 10 working days to be returned but I’d already got it off the bank so wasn’t too fussed as the money refunded will go back to the bank. Absolute abomination of a company, no one knows what’s going on or how to deal with customers was told multiple time they don’t have managers. Would NEVER buy from this awful company again and will be reporting them!
