I received a chair from Daals. I assembled it and then removed the protecting wrapping (otherwise the chair could have been damaged during assembly). I then discovered that the back of the char was split. I sent an email, including photos and received the following reply:
Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. As per our Terms and Conditions and instructions manual, we advise to check the parts before assemble and report immediately. Sadly, because the item has been fully assembled, we are unable to assist you further.
It is incredible that they would take ZERO responsibility for selling to me a defective item.
