placed a ~£900 order and opted for Daals' express delivery (£29.99), following which I received an email stating my delivery slot, and a request to confirm it's acceptable. After 3x emails + 3x calls I asked the Daals team to cancel my order, as they had 0 flexibility and would not offer any alternatives (except for another random day, 1+ week later).
Despite the customer care rep's assurances they did nothing and I had to call again next day to get confirmation of cancellation. Just to be clear, this company preferred to lose the sale than offer some options on delivery. They still charged me the £29.99 - what a horrible customer experience
