If I could give less than 1 star I would. The couch we had delivered was very expensive, and the quality is extremely poor. It is more like a futon than a true sofa. As for customer service, it is even worse. You have to pay 35% of the total cost of your item to return it, plus a shipping fee. For expensive items, this can amount to a lot. I am regretful to have bought from this company and can guarantee it will not happen again.
