Absolutely disgusted that Daals sent me a faulty sofa. Then, when I contacted them, with copious photos, said it was 'a change of mind' and wouldn't even attempt to rectify the issue. Gaslighting at its finest! Pregnant and ill in hospital I had to try and deal with this atrocious company and their cheaply made, shoddy products. I've now contacted Trading Standards and I've just made an appointment with my Solicitor for legal advice. Daals, you are a disgrace! Oh! And 'Leanne' don't bother sending a copy and paste response that you can't find my order number as this would be a blatant lie, along with your blatantly sub-standard products, customer service and fraudulent positive reviews! I emailed Daals CEO (see below) zero response. Daals, you are in breach of UK Trading Standards Law.
