Appalling delivery policy that isn’t clear when ordering. You have to search the website for it.
There is no option to reschedule a delivery if the date is not suitable. I received a 5am email advising me of the delivery that day which I was unable to be home for. There was no option for me to change the delivery date ‘as the van was loaded’. So you are just expected to be home from the day your order until the date they decide to deliver.
Now I am unable to cancel my order or rearranged delivery without paying a £30.
Avoid this company unless you can be home at all times from your order date.
