The Absolute worst customer service. Do not buy anything from this company! I purchased 6 chairs, upon opening three out of the six is where the problems occurred. One chair was damaged with scratches. Another chair has a terribly wrinkled cushion. Another chair has rusty colored screws and misaligned backing. I’ve reached out to customer service one week after the chairs arrived. I’ve informed them of the issues. I also let them know the other three boxes were not opened. Customer service informed me to send photos and video to ensure I’m not lying. I sent the photos and videos and they asked for more videos. Customer service also informed me to open the other three boxes to check there status. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, customer service told me new customer service department will reach out. This company is a scam!
