Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Had a phone call a week after ordering with a delivery date. The driver called me to check my address, he then told me I'm too far away and won't be able to delivery today! Since then I've sent about 20 emails to customer service with no resolution at all! I've never dealt with a company like it, spent over £500 here and don't seem to care about their customers, there is only so long you can use COVID as an excuse. Website states 48 hours to get back to emails, if only this were true! And no phone number either. Now I have the fight on my hands to get my money back. Really unhappy, please avoid people, absolute joke.
