Can someone please help me? I bought a Cube from Dailypuzzle and sent an email to return it because it was broken. This is the reply I got back. --------------------------------------- Thanks so much for reaching out to us! We have received your email and will respond as soon as possible. We are taking longer than usual to reply to emails at the moment due to a high volume of inquries. Rest assured if you have emailed us we will 100% back to you as fast as possible. Expected wait time: 2-5 businesss days Why hasn't my email been responded yet? Since we are running behind, each email is responded on a first come first serve basis- please kindly don't reply to your existing email thread again as it will reset your position in the queue. If you need to update your inquiry, please send a seperate second email with further details. ------------------------------------- I have not received a reply for more than 10 days now. Even if I wanted to contact them, I can't because it says that if I send the email again, the order will be replaced. There is no phone number listed on the site either. I am very distrustful. What should I do? If I don't do anything, the 30 day return period will be over. I think this is a very bad company.
