Hello, I received a helmet and the rear spoiler broke right across the middle screw. After sending countless pictures, I was given an order number for a replacement spoiler. This was back in July of this year and the order number I was given 20894070. I have yet to get a response other than an automated one telling me the ticket associated with my warranty claim had been closed. I've been thousands of dollars over the years and this is the first time I've had an issue with one of their products. I'd like to return the helmet at this point and get a full refund.
