AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Worst customer service possible, I claimed my boots under warrianty over 10months ago and case is still not resolved. Contact with them is very poor. I even went to local store twice asking for back up and still no luck with refund. Save your nerves and buy your gear from other brands.
