Do not buy anything from this company. Bought an extra large wardrobe from them and paid for installation. Quality was not great but ok you get what you pay for. I am now moving house a little over 7 months from when I bought it - and find that the team that installed had broken several parts of the wardrobe at the time of installing. When I called to claim - they told me it was my problem. They refused to connect me to a manager and they hanged up the phone on me. This is a polish company which should not be operating in the UK if they are unable to follow standard customer service procedures. The lady that I spoke to was so incredibly rude and would not let me get a word in - eventually she asked me if I thought that she was being racist (that completely threw me) so I said yes, actually I think you are. Then she tells me that the calls are being recorded - well I am glad they are as that means her rudeness, and lack of customer service will be clearly seen. Do not buy from this company - they are a scam
