Awful service! Wardrobe was almost 2 months later than scheduled, the day before it arrived they said I needed to provide a parking permit for central London for their delivery. What e-commerce company asks you to arrange for parking to deliver?!
When I called them up customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, wanting to charge me £49 if I couldn't provide parking.
If you live in Central London choose a more serious furniture shop that actually cares about its customers.
