My first order from DL directly, I have a few other items that were purchased from Silk Fred. I love DL, such beautiful pieces, amazing quality and the fit is definitely true to size (I’m size 8). I emailed to chase my order as it hadn’t been dispatched 3 days after the order was placed (I was slightly concerned as I’d had it delivered to my work address and didn’t want it to arrive on a weekend), the response from customer service was very prompt, they had my order posted out on the same day as I’d emailed and even upgraded it to next day delivery.
