I contacted helpchat this morning to see when my order would be shipped, Oli said it would be with me by the weekend, I asked if that would be Friday as I need my dress for then so Oli then went and pushed the shipping through - how good is that for service!!! This is someone going above and beyond to please a customer, other companies would just read you a script and fob you off but not Oli at DL - thank you so much and please continue with this excellent service, I'll be back :-)
