Customer service is fantastic! Ordered a dress in the sale, wore it to lunch date, noticed slight flaw in fabric. Within 1.5 hours of emailing them with pictures I was given the choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose the latter and a new dress was posted for next day delivery on the understanding I sent back the faulty one within 7 days. I was also give a £10 voucher. Unfortunately the second dress also had a flaw so I posted them both together free of charge and the second replacement I was sent arrived next day having been personally inspected by the Returns Manager and was perfect. Thanks guys - you are a shining example of how customer service should be done!
