i returned unsuitable godds to STANMORE on june 19th and after one week i contacted your customer services just to enquire as to whether the itme had been received and the returns process was started. the response i got was that it takes time and nodefinite response was obtained when i further sent an email at the beginningof the week.
I contacted custoemr services today (2/7/2015) and spoke to OLIVER who was delightful and confirmed my items had been returned and that he would prcoess the refund . he needs to be commended for superb customer service which was not received until now
