I contacted Customer Services prior to placing the order and I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff member who advised me that I could return the items if unsuitable to a Daniel Footwear store. I was unaware of this option from the website. The delivery was a uick and I was delighted with the sale price and glad I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe.
