The initial email response, dispatch, packaging and delivery was very prompt and efficient. For this, I score a very good. Communication was fabulous throughout this process!
Unfortunately, the shoes were unsuitable, so I sent them back. I think the company could/should acknowledge that they received the goods back and informed me if/when the refund had been made. For this, I score Poor in terms of communication.
