I purchased a pair of shoes in the sale and online it stated to order a size smaller as they were bigger sized. So I did. When they turned up they were too small. I then called customer service and we agreed to exchange at gun wharf. I travelled all the way there via hover boat to find the shop had closed down 2 months prior . Angrily, I rang again. Then a week or so later I received free postage to exchange. Two weeks later they sent me the same bloody size back again. I rang again. I was promised a Friday delivery with a pick up of others at the same time as these shoes were to go with a dress for a wedding . After all this stress I still haven't got the bloody shoes. I want compensation
