Ordered a pair of boots and waited over a week for them to arrive. My delivery estimate was between 2 and 4 working days. When I emailed Daniel they replied saying they would look into it. As I had no idea how long that would take, I cancelled the order. There was no apology.
Their online service is bad, they don't show any interest in keeping customers happy. I won't recommend this company nor will I buy from them again.
