Initially was so impressed I emailed to thank the store.
However I asked for a gift receipt which I believe wasn't provided.
The shoes have been returned for an exchange again i emailed explaining they were a gift and the recipient was going away, we have heard nothing since. No acknowledgement they have been returned and no delivery of the exchange. The recipient has now gone away.
They were returned on the 5th September
