I paid for two pairs of shoes and online was delivered although the despatch note mentioned both. When I chased the second pair I didn't receive a response to my email. I then did online chat and was advised they weren't in stock and asked if I'd like a refund (not sure what would have happened had I not asked). I was told that the refund was done immediately but it didn't appear that day and I didn't receive a response to my email chasing this either. I then received another despatch notification and when I queried this I was told it was in respect of the shoes that weren't in stock which made no sense. I was told that the shoes I'd already received would be with my the end of the week and I then received a further despatch notification. Basically, a simple order has ended up being far too complex.
