Very quick service. Although my Frye Veronica shortie boots (my normal size ordered) were too small when delivered, a more accurate size guide would have been helpful on the website . After contacting customer services with this issue there was no quibble and a free returns provided immediately. This would definitely encourage me to shop with Daniel Footwear again.
