Gorgeous shoes (which I now don't have anyway, no shoes and out of pocket) shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a pair of boots, they were delivered very quicky, no complaints here. They were lovely, just what I wanted but a size too big, my own fault, should have gone for a smaller size. I sent them back, didn't have the prepaid return label so sent them first class. I was very impressed that the replacement was delivered just a few days later. It was the same pair of boots though, same size. Obviously a rushed job, still with a post-it note attached to them "exchange, send new pair first class". Granted, it was sent first class, just not a new pair. These things happen, at least this time I got the prepaid label. I sent the shoes back. This was in the beginning of August. I've not heard since. No boots either. I called the customer service line 5 times now, every person I spoke to promised me a call back which never happened. I callec again mid September, they were a £100 boots so was still hoping to get somewhere with this. By then I had lost the postage receipt (which nobody wanted from me when I was calling 4 times before). I'm really not impressed, it put me off online shopping completely.
