The handbag is lovely, exactly as described and pictured. The courier company seemed very disorganized, claiming never to have received the bag from the sellers even though they did then deliver it within the time frame anticipated. Customer services at Daniel Footwear, however, were excellent in tracking my order and also offering a replacement if it did not show up - luckily not needed. Thank you
