I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on line, which arrived fine, however on opening the box, both boots had a mark on. Very disappointing having had to take the day off to wait in for them, plus I had paid for next day delivery.
I then telephoned the number on the invoice to be told, please send a photo so we can make a decision, ( a guy called Kris) A decision on what ? I asked, he just repeated we'll need to make a decision.
I replied, you won't need to make a decision on anything as I don't want them and am returning them. I then had to trail to a post office to return them and although they have signed to say they have them back, I still haven't got my refund, but will give them a couple more days.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
