I was very happy with the order process from Daniels it was quick and simple. However the £191 bag in which I had ordered was left in my recycle bin from the delivery company Hermes with a note through the door telling me. I was very unimpressed, next time I would prefer to need to sign for my parcel so that I can always guarantee it's safe delivery.
