Bought a bag from Daniel footwear last Friday morning at £247.50. The money was taken from the account.
On the Saturday evening I got a vague email saying that the bag was out of stock.
Money still isn't back in the account.
Awful customer service skills.
Barely an apology!
Now I can't get the bag anywere else!
