Overall the service was OK. I never received a confirmation email and had to call them to ensure they had received the order. I knew I had paid as I used Paypal. I also never received an email to say it had been despatched. However, the item arrived within a week and was very well packaged. Unfortunately the shoes (Fitflop Banda Micro-Crystal) are an awful shape and do not fit me. The size is good but they are far too wide despite them being advertised as really slim. So I am having to return the item and I have to pay for it as no free returns!!.
