The only thing I thing that could have been improved is after placing order, usually when buying online I get an automated email confirming order immediately I had to email myself just to check my order had been received however I did get an email fairly quickly in reply confirming my order.
I think an automated email would have given me more confidence in buying for the first time from your website, my order has now arrived and I would have no problem in buying again from your site.
