Apart from waiting periods to make connections by phone (start time was 10 am for Rachael) with her as the e-mailer the transaction went smoothly, arrived a day early than indicated but fortunately I was in to sign for the courier. The Uggs are a little too big in length and rather pinched at the ankle but I think with a little bit of wear they will be OK. [The old ones with toe holes are an embarrassment to my children but I am wearing them indoors as slippers now!]
