I only came across this website the other day and ordered from it straight away, they sell some lovely bits. I ordered a White Patent Armani Jeans bag. Unfortunately when the bag arrived it was EXTREAMLY dirty, with scratches all over it too. However the customer service department was FANTASTIC and dealt with the matter very well. They will be sending me a new bag and if this bag arrives in a good condition I will definitely be ordering from them again.
