Order went through fine. Goods were dispatched but hadn't arrived after 5 days so I was a bit concerned so I emailed customer support and never heard back from them which I found quite rude !!!!!! My shoes did arrive that evening but it would have been nice to have had some sort of communication with your customer service team.
