It is disconcerting not to get an acknowledgment email when you order. So I chased this and had an email confirming my purchase however, I have had to chase every step and not been reassured at any point that delivery was going to happen. I don't think this time of year is an excuse for anything. If anything, it's an opportunity to stand out and give excellent customer service. I'm still waiting.
