I still have not received my boots, U.K. Mail left me a missed you card and it said they would deliver next day. Nothing has arrived and I have now been waiting a week, contacted them via email, as there is no telephone number and they said cannot redeliver and that you have to give further instructions. Have contacted Mark in your customer services and waiting for a reply. Been a lot of hassle already please sort this out for me. I also need to make you aware I look after my mother with dementia and 90 years old so I am there a lot of the time.
