I had a poor experience of ordering boots on-line at Daniel.
I had visited a Daniel Shop and wasn't sure about a pair of boots I tried on.
When I got home I orders and paid for the boots on-line.
My order was confirmed .
Two days later I got an email saying the boots were no longer available and that I could expect a refund within 2-4 days.
I was upset about this as I had paid in good faith that I would receive them.
I bought another pair of boots.
I then received the original boots from Daniel.
I no longer required the boots and then had to go to the post office and pay a further £11'00's to return the boots I had been told were unavailable .
i am still waiting for a refund for the boots and postage.
Not great service just a load of hassle and inconvenience......and still no refund.
Not good enough.
