Unfortunately there was an issue with payment, and customer services asked me to provide additional proof of address.
They seemed professional, and keen to resolve the issue.
After providing my proof of address as requested, I asked them to confirm that everything was ok with my order. Since then I have not heard from them at all, even after another follow up.
Checking on my account on line, it seems that my order has been cancelled, without telling me why.
But they have contacted me to ask me to review my "purchase" in order to help them improve as a company.
So in simple terms Daniel Footware - just please have the courtesy to answer queries, and keep us consumers when we have issues updated.
