Very disappointed with the service so far! There was nothing on the order form to say my goods would be delivered by courier therefore I gave a PO BOX address with which our Royal mail postmen are familier. I ordered on 4th December so some days later when the parcel hadnt arrived I looked into this. I sent several emails. One reply was that the goods had to be returned by Hermes and then redespatched to another address . Nothing has arrived so far! I telephoned your Leeds office this afternoon and spoke to Georgia who was to look into the problem and phone me back today. I told her I'd be at this number until 6.30pm but I have not yet received a call though I see that your office closes at 6pm.I would like some answers by tomorrow please?
