I have ordered from here before so this must have been a one off. I paid for next day delivery on items but they didn't arrive, the csr did refund the delivery charge but I didn't get my boots until 3 days later. I rang several times for updates and whilst the csr' were really helpful they didn't do what they said they were going to do which was call me with an update. The experience has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and as such not sure if I would use them again. It's such a shame as I have got a lot of shoes/boots in the past
