I was impressed with the service and speed of delivery. I was also impressed with the packaging and the product itself. My annoyance is around the sizing. I ordered the product at size 40 which I thought would be size 7 only for it to arrive as a 6.5. On speaking with customer service I was advised that this is an American product and will only be available as a 6.5 or 7.5. I would have hoped that it would be clarified at point of ordering that American sizing applies.
