Generally a seamless service for ordering, it's always a risk with the sizing of footwear, the boots are a very good fit.( they are a 38 and I'm normally a 38.5 or 39) The only issue I had really was with a lack of information and communication from the delivery service, which meant quite a bit of chasing up to arrange collection of the item. The boots are very comfortable and a gorgeous colour, I'm enjoying wearing them already, thankyou
